Method

Snickerdoodles

1) Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6.

2) Combine the butter, vegetable fat, sugar and eggs in the bowl of a mixer. Blend in the flour. Shape the dough into 2 1/2cm balls.

3) Combine 2 tbsp of sugar and the cinnamon. Roll the balls in the sugar-cinnamon mixture and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

4) Insert the chocolate sticks into the biscuits so they look like lollipops.
