Method
Oxtail stew
1) Put all of the ingredients in a 10 to 13 litre pot except for the beans. Fill with enough water to cover everything.
2) Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium or medium-low and cook for 2 hours or until tender. Add the beans and stir. Thicken with cornstarch, if necessary.
3) Serve.
